1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by RitSea SRL ("RitSea," "we," "us," or "our"), including our websites and products (Pactroom, Toilet Toss, Poly Ego VR, and any other products we may offer), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by RitSea SRL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

• Pactroom™ — Software, design, logos, and related assets
• Toilet Toss™ — Game content, characters, artwork, music, and code
• Poly Ego VR™ — Game content, characters (including Bluepy), artwork, music, and code
• RitSea® — Company name, logos, and branding

2.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Use our trademarks without written consent
• Create derivative works based on our products
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose

3. User Accounts

Some of our services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Purchases and Payments

Certain products or features may require payment. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
• Our refund policy as applicable to each product

Prices are subject to change. All sales may be final unless otherwise stated in the specific product terms or required by applicable law.

If our services allow you to submit, upload, or share content, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating our services.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RITSEA SRL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RitSea SRL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Constanta, Romania.

For EU consumers, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
