Legal notice

This notice gives the details of the company that publishes ritsea.com (the Website), says how to reach us and who hosts the Website, and names the authorities you can turn to. Every page of the Website links to it from the footer.

The contact form reaches us through Netlify, which hosts the Website (section 3). The Privacy Policy says how we handle what you send. If you would rather not use email or the form, you can write to us by post.

That is the address Netlify gives in its privacy policy. Netlify delivers the pages of the Website and receives the messages sent with the contact form, on our behalf. The Privacy Policy describes what it receives and the safeguards that apply.

4. Purpose of this website

The Website presents RitSea and the products we make, and lets you write to us. You cannot buy anything or open an account on it. Each product has its own site, terms and privacy notice:

The Website also links to two VR games, Toilet Toss and Poly Ego, which Steam lists as published by Poly Tool Design. Their own sites and the stores that sell them say on what terms you can get them.

The Website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device (Cookie Policy). The contact form is the one part of it that sends what you type to a server (Privacy Policy). The conditions of use are in the Website Terms of Use.

5. VAT and prices

RitSea is registered for VAT in Romania under RO52211370.

Nothing can be bought on the Website. Where it says what a Cloudverest plan will cost when billing starts, the price is in US dollars a month, before VAT. For customers in Romania, VAT is charged at the standard rate of 21% (Fiscal Code, art. 291(1), in force since 1 August 2025). For a customer outside Romania, whether VAT is due, at which rate and in which country depends on where the customer is and whether it is a business (Fiscal Code, arts. 278 and 2781). Each product’s own terms say how its prices and taxes apply.

Personal data

Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral. You can complain to ANSPDCP, or to the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live, where you work or where the alleged infringement took place (General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, art. 77(1)). Consumer protection

Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor (ANPC), anpc.ro. If you are a consumer and a complaint you made to us does not settle a dispute, you can take it to ANPC’s alternative dispute resolution entity through the SAL platform at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro (ANPC Order no. 449/2022, arts. 1(1) and 2(2)). If that happens, we will also tell you about this route in writing (Government Ordinance no. 38/2015, art. 25(3)).

The footer also shows ANPC’s SOL pictogram (online dispute resolution), which links to the European Commission’s page on it. That platform no longer takes complaints: Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, which set it up, was repealed with effect from 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, art. 1). 7. Copyright, names and marks

The Website’s text, design and code, and the logos of RitSea, Cloudverest and Pactroom, are protected by copyright (Law no. 8/1996). The rights in them are held by or licensed to RITSEA S.R.L. RitSea, Cloudverest and Pactroom are names and marks used by RITSEA S.R.L.

Other names and works on the Website belong to their owners: the names, logos and artwork of the games Toilet Toss and Poly Ego; the names Meta Quest, Steam and Google Play; and the two ANPC pictograms in the footer, which ANPC publishes for traders to display. The typefaces, Host Grotesk and Geist Mono, are used under the SIL Open Font License, version 1.1 (Host Grotesk licence, Geist Mono licence).

The line “© 2026 RitSea” at the foot of every page refers to RITSEA S.R.L. What you may do with the Website’s content is set out in the Website Terms of Use, and the Press page says how the logo and the descriptions it offers may be used.
