Inside the team, Cloudverest keeps every version and runs frame-accurate review. With the client, Pactroom puts the contract, review, delivery and payment in one link.

A school of yellow fish in a cutaway of the sea, built from blocks: the work on its way to many people.

Inside the team: Cloudverest

Review video the way an editor does: frame by frame, with every comment tied to a timecode.

  • A frame-accurate player

Step frame by frame against an HH:MM:SS:FF timecode, shuttle with J, K and L, loop, and set In and Out points.

  • Comments on the frame

Comments carry their timecode. Draw on a frame with a pen, arrows, shapes and text, and the drawing becomes a timecoded comment with a thumbnail of the frame.

  • Versions side by side

Play up to three other versions against the current one, as a wipe, side by side or A/B, in sync frame by frame.

  • Approvals

Each version gets a status, branch by branch: Approve, Approve with Conditions, Request Changes or Mark for Review. Request review emails the teammate you pick.

  • Review links

Share a file by link with someone who has no account. They play it in the browser and, when you allow comments, leave feedback at a timecode. A link can have a password and an expiry date, and you can revoke it at once.

With the client: Pactroom

Pactroom is on a waitlist. This is how pactroom.com describes it.

  • One link

Contracts, review, delivery and payment on video work, in one link.

  • Client review

The client reviews frame by frame on watermarked previews.

  • Deposit and delivery

The client signs and pays a deposit, and the files unlock when the project is paid.
