Cloudverest keeps the history of your design files, with image review inside the team and review links for people without an account. It is in early access: free for now, by invitation.

Three jellyfish drifting over a reef in a cutaway of the sea, built from blocks: versions of a design, piling up slowly.

Versions you can go back to

  • Every upload is a version

Each upload adds a version, and the history shows who uploaded it, when, and any summary they wrote. Label versions, preview or download an old one, or restore it as the new current version.

  • Deleted files wait in the trash

Restore a deleted file from the trash. Files in the trash are deleted automatically after 30 days.

  • Preview in place

Preview images, PDFs, PSD files as a flattened image, and fonts as a specimen sheet. On the desktop, the preview reads the copy on your disk, including changes you have not uploaded yet.

  • Branches for a new direction

Turn on branching for a project to try a direction away from main. Comments, approvals and review requests made on a branch stay with that branch.

Who sees what

Review without an account

Share a file by link. The person you send it to opens it in the browser and, when you allow comments, can comment without signing up. A link can have a password and an expiry date, and you can revoke it at once. The review page shows images, video and audio.

Access by team and folder

Managers decide, folder by folder, what each team can do: All, Read only, Allow edits or Hidden.
